Very clean and modern. Quiet room location. Comfortable mattress and excellent bedding and towels. Friendly front desk clerk. Metro within a brief and easy walk from the apartment. Various nearby restaurants. Very nice parking attendants.

The location was good.
The ice machine didn't work also the keys for the front door were very difficult. The courtyard too became inaccessible as the door could not be opened, the front desk man came and said he would get a workman onto it but no one came.

This hotel is definitely worth it. The rooms are well-maintained and offer great value for a family. The location is excellent, with easy walking distance to most city sights and close proximity to the grocery store. All in all, everything was absolutely fine.

It was roomy and nicely furnished, right downtown. We were even upgraded to a two bedroom unit. Very nice.
They should consider offering discounted parking.

Good location. Appreciated having a washer & dryer for my week+ stay. Reliable wi-fi.
Overpriced. Poor quality furnishings and very bland decor throughout, which was disappointing. For example, one cannot relax on sectional sofa without it separating. When in use, appliances were very noisy, drowning out radio or tv.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and there were several aspects that I really appreciated. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and the quality of the rooms exceeded my expectations. Secondly, the hotel paid great attention to detail. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the basic amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay. Additionally, I found the location of the hotel to be extremely convenient. It was situated very close to all the major attractions that I had planned to visit, making it easy for me to explore the city. Lastly, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist me and provide any information I needed. this hotel provided a great experience and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
All was well and I had a satisfactory experience during my stay.

Comfort of staying in apartment rather than hotel. Cost for renting two hotels room would have been more. Location was excellent, close to White House, "The Mall" and transporation. Had kitchen that could be used if necessary.
Found out after using washing machine that adjatator was not working. Reported it to staff.

Roof top patio.
Being a apartment building with weekend rentals it was hard to check in and park the car.they supplied us with a air mattres that leaked.there was a short couch in the room and I ended up sleeping on that

The apartment was spacious and well-furnished, with modern amenities such as stainless steel appliances and a washer/dryer. The rooftop terrace provided beautiful views of the city. The location was convenient, being just a short walk from a metro station.
The reservation process was unreliable, with some guests experiencing last-minute changes and confusion. The sofa bed in the apartment was uncomfortable and had noticeable springs.

Location is very good. Nearby some good restaurants, easy to get to major attractions such as the Smithonian etc. Clean building, clean apartment.
The apartment is very poorly decorated, or rather not decorated at all. It has the most un-welcoming atmosphere you can imagine. The furniture is not adapted to the place. One example: you cannot open the drawers of the night stands since there is so little space they had to put them in sideways... The price is way too much for the aminities offered. Next time I will go to a hotel in the vicinity.
